Power Sweeping

The Gordon Company carries a fleet of the industry’s top quality mobile sweepers. The machines are used in places such as above and under ground garages, parking lots, drive ways, and warehouses. Our machines are no bigger than a small car and are ideal solution for property maintenance. Our sweeping machines clean up carbon dust, garbage, rocks, leaves, dirt etc. Whatever can be swept up manually can be swept up 10 times better by our machines. We also supply oversized bin lining bag to secure all dirt. If needed, we will dump the dirt at our location for an additional fee. Included is sweeping of all corners all walkways and we empty and disinfect all garbages.

“The Graffiti Free Plan” is used primarily to reclaim high problem areas. If graffiti is an ongoing problem at your property then “The Graffiti Free Plan” is right for you. This program consists of COMPLETE removal of all graffiti from your property as well as a steam cleaning of all walls. After all walls are dry a protective coating is applies. Once our work is done your property is then monitored on a weekly or monthly basis (whatever works best for you). Once any graffiti is found it is easily removed due to the protective coating and any recoating will be applied.

This plan has 2 major advantages

This is a preventative program which is billed on a monthly basis this allows managers to include it in the budget and there are no unexpected costs through out the year.
As we are monitoring your property you need not check it or call anyone. If your property is “tagged” again we will remove the graffiti right away.
Digital photos of graffiti removed are supplied with invoices on a monthly basis.
Our studies have shown that if graffiti is removed on a regular basis that graffiti artists will move on to another location where their work is left untouched.
